Located about 10 minutes from Mapusa market, 20 minutes from the Capital city Panjim(live casino hub) and has all the famous North Goa beaches namely, Vagator(walking distance), Anjuna , Baga, Calangute, Sinquerim, Morjim, Mandrem and Arambol and others.
