‘Delhi’s award-winning Mediterranean lounge bar Shalom is now in Goa with branches at Colva and Calangute. Shalom has a beautiful open-air ambience, with white being the prevalent colour. There is a circular Sunrise Cafe, set upstairs, which remains open from morning to midnight. Shalom is a great place to spend an evening with a drink, while listening to lounge music. Live bands play here during the season. As for food, Shalom specializes in Lebanese and Spanish dishes. Once here, you can try Rubya Mishui, prawns in Arabic spices, and Shish Taouk, Char-grilled Chicken Skewers marinated with lemon and baharat (a Lebanese spice).
